Service scope
Vestcrest delivers diagnostic and preparation reports for capital movements, sale, partner, financing or succession, with evaluator-side methodology. Not a certified expert opinion or regulated investment advice.
Plans and payment
Preparation Diagnostic and Strategy are purchased online via Mercado Pago. Charges are in MXN at the USD/MXN exchange rate at payment time. Transaction requires a scope call. Prices on /pricing are in USD unless stated otherwise.
Preparation Diagnostic guarantee
If the Preparation Diagnostic report does not provide actionable value as described on /faq, you may request a refund within the period published in the guarantee.
Confidentiality
Your data is handled per /privacy. NDA available on request.
Intellectual property
The report is for your internal use and sharing with counterparties under your responsibility. Vestcrest methodology and software remain Vestcrest property.
Limitation of liability
The report is a preparation tool; it does not guarantee transaction outcome, financing or final market valuation. Liability limited to the amount paid for the contracted service, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. Venue: Mexico City, unless mandatory provision otherwise.
