Comparación de caminos

Five paths before sale, partner, capital, or succession. Vestcrest covers the stretch you control: measure preparation before the table.

Which to choose?

If you do not have an active counterparty yet, status quo and calculators leave you without a map. Consulting and broker make sense when the process has advanced and budget allows. Vestcrest covers the prior stretch: measure sellability, prioritize gaps, and document preparation before negotiating — no sales calls to buy.

Why compare before buying?

Most owners ask «how much is it worth?» first. An investment committee asks «how transferable and defensible is this business?» first. That difference defines whether you arrive with an invented range or a preparation receipt.

Does Vestcrest replace a broker or your accountant?

No. Your accountant closes the tax year; a broker finds a counterparty. Vestcrest measures sellability in your numbers with evaluator-side rigor — complement, not substitute.

  • Tax accountant → compliance and year-end close
  • Broker → go to market when you are ready
  • Vestcrest → preparation diagnostic before the table
