What does the Diagnostic give you?
Sellability score, reconciled scenarios, sensitivity table, sector benchmark, prioritized gaps, valuation range, normalized P&L, and executive PDF. In ~30 minutes of questionnaire. It is the preparation map before opening a formal process.
What is due diligence or a data room?
When you already have counterparty, timeline, and active negotiation, a fund or bank requires data room, legal review, contract confirmation, and extended analysis. That is the Transaction tier. Documented evaluation and support.
When do you need each one?
If you still do not know how sellable you are or what to fix first, the Diagnostic answers that with a ~30 min questionnaire. If you already signed an LOI, opened a data room, or a bank asked for extended documentation, you need Transaction tier: documented evaluation, executive letter, and negotiation support.

What is the recommended ladder?
Diagnostic ($497 USD): scenarios, sensitivity, and gaps without active counterparty. Strategy ($2,997 USD): 4–6 week program to close gaps and review valuation with Abelardo before due diligence. Transaction (from $5,000 USD, scope on call): when there is LOI, data room, or active negotiation. Your Diagnostic payment credits toward Strategy if you move within 30 days.
