When to choose Strategy?

Choose Strategy when you already have a diagnostic, score and prioritized gaps, but no LOI, data room, or counterparty timeline yet. It is the step to execute highest-impact improvements with Abelardo Navarro before a fund, incoming partner, or bank rebuilds your numbers and penalizes the multiple.

What does the program include?

4–6 week program ($2,997 USD): two 90-minute sessions with Abelardo, async data review, 3–5 researched transaction comparables, interpreted sensitivity tied to the 90-day plan, action plan per gap with goals and KPIs, and defensible valuation addendum at close. Includes Diagnostic if you do not yet have your Vestcrest report.

How does it connect to the 90-day plan?

Each priority gap from the report translates into 30, 60, and 90-day goals with owners and KPIs tied to valuation impact. The addendum reconciles the post-improvement range with researched comparables. So you know what to close before opening conversations with fund, broker, or buyer.

Strategy vs Diagnostic only or going to market?

Stay on Diagnostic if your score is 75+ and critical gaps are already closed: the PDF is enough to open conversations. Step up to Strategy if score is below 60, below 65 with high-impact gaps, or you need documented improvements before due diligence. Transaction is premature without active counterparty. Your Diagnostic payment ($497 USD) credits in full toward Strategy if you move within 30 days.
