Online questionnaire ~30 min ($497 USD): score 0–100, up to five prioritized gaps, normalized P&L, sector benchmark, executive summary, PDF, and 30-minute session with Abelardo Navarro to interpret results. Includes reconciled valuation scenarios, sensitivity table, extended normalization (optional), sector benchmark, and reconciled range when your preparation supports it. Diagnostic vs Strategy or Transaction?
Stay on Diagnostic if you need the preparation receipt before investing more time or money. Step up to Strategy if score is below 60, below 65 with high-impact gaps, or you need a documented 90-day plan before due diligence. Transaction applies only when there is already LOI, data room, or active negotiation. Your Diagnostic payment credits in full toward Strategy if you move within 30 days.
